ALSO INCLUDED IS THE MAROON DISPLAY CASES, COA's (#010 for the 'A' coin and #170 for the 'B' coin) AND THE OUTER BLACK BOXES; AS THEY CAME FROM THE MINT.   As described on page 351 of the 62nd Edition Charlton Catalogue, these 2 coins were part of an experimental finish test of the planchets. The RCM logo "A" planchets were finished outside the mint facilities and the planchets with the logo "B" were finished inside the Mint. Test results showed little variation in the manufacture, resulting in the internal ("B") planchets being used in the production of future Palladium Maple Leafs.
