Set includes all 50 states in both Silver and Clad. Alaska and Arizona are graded PR70DCAM The other 48 states are all graded PR69DCAM The 1999 Silver Proofs are in very early rare PCGS SHQ holders. Early in 1999 PCGS faced the obverse out. Not even midway through the year they changed to reverse facing out (except for flag holder). I have only ever seen 1 other set that has the coins oriented the way that the 1999 Silver Proofs are in this set. The last of the statehood quarter business strikes (Hawaii) was released to the banks this week, bringing an end to the US Mints SHQ program. I've had fun putting this set together but now its time to move on to a different Set Registry. Save the time of having to put your own set together.
